Our passions are fitness, physical activity and health. We believe that offering Youth Fitness is an excellent way for kids to experience the excitement of a fitness/strength program, enhance sport performance and embrace an active lifestyle.
- Tuesdays & Thursadays - Indefinitely until the COVID-19 situations settles enough for us to offer in-person sessions again
- Ages 8-12
- Kids aged 12+ are welcome to try our Regular/Adult Virtual Session

- No equipment needed - but bring a water bottle and wear athletic clothing!
WHAT WILL WE DO at each session?
We are going to have a lot of fun every day: training, sweating, learning about our how our bodies moves, learning new fitness movements and other skills!
