Our passions are fitness, physical activity and health. We believe that offering Youth Fitness is an excellent way for kids to experience the excitement of a fitness/strength program, enhance sport performance and embrace an active lifestyle.

- Participant chooses 2 days per week to attend
- Ages 9-14
- $30 Week-to-Week Membership (can cancel at any time)

- No equipment needed - but bring a water bottle and wear athletic clothing!
WHAT WILL WE DO at each session?
We are going to have a lot of fun every day: training, sweating, learning about our how our bodies moves, learning new fitness movements and other skills!
