New Program! LiteFit Classes
LiteFit are 30-minute classes that focus on conditioning and basic CrossFit movements. No experience or skill level is required to join LiteFit, just the desire to work hard, have fun and break a sweat! LiteFit is perfect for new people looking to try CrossFit for the first time and for experienced fitness people that just want to work hard in an effective 30-minute time-slot! Current class time: Weekdays 4:45-5:15pm. We are open to adding a mid-late morning time-slot if we receive enough interest! SIGN UP HERE
