Paul moved from the UK to Canada with his wife Imogen in 2012 for the outdoor lifestyle BC offers. He graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in London in 2010. He holds a Master of Osteopathy degree and a Sports Massage Diploma, and currently owns and runs Kamloops Osteopathy Clinic with his wife and fellow TCSC Coach Imogen.
Paul trained in martial arts as a teenager and has been interested in fitness his whole adult life. He became a CFES Registered Personal Trainer in 2014. Around that time he discovered CrossFit while he was giving osteopathic treatments to athletes during the 2014 Natural Strength Sweatfest Competition. Paul attained his Crossfit Level One certificate and started coaching at Natural Strength CrossFit in 2016. When not training/coaching Crossfit or being an osteopathic practitioner, Paul enjoys hiking and hanging out with his dog Bunny, snowboarding, and video games.
Ashley started CrossFit way back in 2012 and fell in love with the community aspect of CrossFit. Ashley has a large volume of CrossFit training under her belt and she really enjoys her fitness outside of the gym with rock climbing, mountain biking, back-packing, mountaineering, snowboarding to name a few!
Ashley's love for a good CrossFit community is infectious. Her easy laugh and positive attitude find their way into every class she coaches. She strives to empower all types of people to explore themselves and help them to become the best versions of themselves.
Ashley loves food, wine and board games. Her favourite kind of music is heavy metal and she is (not) sorry to those who don't like her playlists! ;-)
Tianna found the courage to try her first CrossFit class at the age of 39. Prior to that she was running 10km and half-marathons for 7 years. She has always been passionate about health and fitness and recently retired from a career as a 911 dispatcher. She took the plunge and completed her CrossFit Level 1 course early in 2018.
Tianna is the anchor of early mornings at TCSC. Prior to becoming a coach, Tianna and her vibrant smile were a big part of almost every 6am class! Every morning she inspires our members to take time for themselves and use fitness to get healthy and build confidence. As friendly as they come, Tianna enjoys getting to know the athletes personally to assist them with their fitness and goals.
Tianna moved to Kamloops from Victoria with her husband and 2 teenagers in 2017. Tianna loves hiking, skiing, camping and her dog.
