Life + Move (LM45) is a 45min Class. LM45 offers strength and skill training along with a fun and effective conditioning workouts. . If you are newer to this style of training, this program is a fantastic introduction to complexity, loading, and variance. If you are more advanced, LM45 will help develop mechanics, consistency, and intensity in foundational strength and gymnastic movements.
