WHAT IS TCSC ALL ABOUT?
We understand finding a good gym and fitness program can be a difficult or intimidating process. Our coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and accomplished leaders. You do not half to work out the first time you come to TCSC/Natural Strength CrossFit. At a No Sweat Intro, you can chat with one of our coaches about what your goals are, and we will outline the correct steps to get you there.
Our “No-Sweat Introduction” is simply a 20-30 minute fitness goals assessment. We’ll talk about what you want to achieve, what kind of challenges you’ve encountered in the past, and what we can do to help. No sweating involved!
